A Family Practice Physician with experience in Family Medicine, Urgent Care/Emergency Medicine. He completed his medical school training with honors at Yerevan State Medical University, Armenia in 1994.
Dr. Kazarian completed General Surgery internship at University of Medicine and Dentistry New Jersey. He received Outstanding Intern Award among 36 surgical interns. Then he completed Family Medicine residency at Valley Family Medicine Residency Program, UC Davis. He received outstanding resident award.
He worked at USC Keck School Nephrology department in Los Angeles, CA for 2 years. Dr Kazarian worked at Southwest Medical Associates, United Health Care, Las Vegas, NV from 2010 to 2017. He Received Outstanding Urgent Care Provider award.
Dr Kazarian establishing Urgent Care One in Sun Valley, CA in 2017. The office became one of the most trusted and loved Family Medicine and urgent care facilities in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, CA.
Dr Kazarian established Best Choice Medical in Las Vegas, NV in 2024. This office will offer primary and urgent care services.
Dr. Kazarian received multiple awards during his training and employment.

Found this doctor and consider myself lucky! After not having a checkup in years I went to Dr Kazarian, he did a comprehensive review of my health. Turns out I was low on vitamin D and need to drink more water, lol. Love this guy, he is professional and spent time to listen to how I was

Best choice ever they stand by their name and I personally recommend this clinic to everyone I know plus more they treat you like family not a number they take their time and listen and the Nurse Mona is amazing she helped me with my paperwork and insurance and didnt have attitude about doing it like most places make you feel dumb she even helped me get transportation when she didnt have to.
