Mission Vision
A Family Practice Physician with experience in Family Medicine, Urgent Care/Emergency Medicine. He completed his medical school training with honors at Yerevan State Medical University, Armenia in 1994.
Dr. Kazarian completed General Surgery internship at University of Medicine and Dentistry New Jersey. He received Outstanding Intern Award among 36 surgical interns. Then he completed Family Medicine residency at Valley Family Medicine Residency Program, UC Davis. He received outstanding resident award.
He worked at USC Keck School Nephrology department in Los Angeles, CA for 2 years. Dr Kazarian worked at Southwest Medical Associates, United Health Care, Las Vegas, NV from 2010 to 2017. He Received Outstanding Urgent Care Provider award.
Dr Kazarian establishing Urgent Care One in Sun Valley, CA in 2017. The office became one of the most trusted and loved Family Medicine and urgent care facilities in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, CA.
Dr Kazarian established Best Choice Medical in Las Vegas, NV in 2024. This office will offer primary and urgent care services.
Dr. Kazarian received multiple awards during his training and employment.
